The Holiday Cottage El Lunchón is located in the district with the same name; in the heart of the western most Canary Island, El Hierro, recently declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

The house was built in the mid 19th century by the great grandfather of the owner and encompasses an estate of 3000 m (nowadays planted with vegetables, fruit trees and vineyards). Its structure, carefully restored in 2006, follows the traditional forms of architecture from El Hierro which includes various annexed buildings. It harmoniously combines the sober traditional herreño style with comfort and elegance, offering an exquisite and pleasant atmosphere in each room. 

Its location, surrounded by nature at the foot of the Jinama Cliff, has unique views of the Atlantic Ocean and allows us to enjoy the last ray of sunlight in Europe and the most dazzling sunsets.

The estate also includes another house from the 18th century, currently being restored, as well as rural stables and pigsties.

All this results in an ideal refuge that seeks to please the highest expectations of our guests and makes each visit the most delightful experience possible.
